Returns Eligibility

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.
How to Return an Item
